At CAT Workwear, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase. We offer a streamlined process to ensure you get the right fit or a full refund as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, seal the box securely, and affix the printed return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
